Q: How long does it take before I receive my review?

A: As you can imagine, it takes some time to have our panelists listen and take notes on every submission. The turnaround time can be up to 5 weeks based on our early demand for reviews. Feel free to contact us at admin@rateyourdem.com if you do not receive your review in a timely manner.

Q: How much does it cost to submit my demo?

A: $4.99 for a single track, $19.99 for 5 tracks and $34.99 for a full album (10 songs max).

Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

A: Click on the link titled 'My Account' and you will see link titled 'Forgot Password? Click Here'. Then just enter your email address and hit 'Retrieve Password' and an email containing your stored password will be sent to you.

Q: What are the required format(s) for uploading songs to the site?

A: Currently we are only accepting MP3 format.  If you uploaded some other format and were not able to cancel your order in time please contact us at admin@rateyourdemo.com to request us to clear your upload.
